• Vaciar la refrigeradora, pero no apagarla.
• Apagar el aire acondicionado y la calefacción, y dejar encendida la ventilación. Entonces, el equipo de limpieza lo apagará. Aquí encontrarás instrucciones sobre cómo manejar el aire acondicionado.
• Dejar cerradas y bloqueadas todas las ventanas.
• A menos que hayamos acordado con usted un Check-out personalizado en el apartamento, por favor colocar todas las llaves en la mesa del comedor y cerrar la puerta del apartamento asegurándose que la puerta esté correctamente cerrada. ATENCIÓN: Es imprescindible retirar con anticipación el coche del garaje subterráneo.
• Si algo se daña durante su estancia, le rogamos que nos comunique a más tardar antes de marcharse.
• Por último, pero no menos importante: esperamos sus comentarios. ¿Le ha gustado?, ¿le gustaría regresar?, ¿hay algo que podamos mejorar?

Please, leave the flat tidy. In concrete terms this means:

• Please place the towels provided by us in the showers of the larger bathroom (the one with the window).
• Put the cushions of the sunbeds in the storage box of the terrace. The folded clothes drying rack and the small table are also to be stored there, otherwise things might fly around during a storm.
• Empty all rubbish bins.
• All other dishes must be cleaned and put back in their place in the cupboards please. Please place the dishes from the morning of your departure in the kitchen sink.
• Empty the refrigerator completely, but do not switch it off. In case some groceries are left you can not take with you, just leave it. As long it is still in a good shape (e.g. packed), members of the cleaning team might be happy to use it. We consider it as a shame to throw food away as long it is in a good shape.
• In case you have used the air conditioning until your departure, it is essential to switch it to the FAN mode to dry it out. The cleaning team will switch it off then. Instructions how to handle the air condition can be found here.
• Close and lock all windows.
• Unless we have arranged a personal check-out with you at the flat, please place all keys on the dining table and pull the flat door firmly shut behind you. ATTENTION: It is essential to drive the car out of the underground car park beforehand.
• If anything is damaged during your stay, please let us know latest by the time you leave.

Bitte hinterlassen Sie die Wohnung aufgeräumt. Konkret heißt dies:

• Die von uns bereitgestellten Handtücher einfach in der Dusche im großen Bad ablegen (das mit Fenster).
• Auf der Terrasse sind die Auflagen der Liegen in die Aufbewahrungsbox zu legen. Dort ist auch der zusammengeklappte Wäscheständer sowie das kleine Tischchen aufzubewahren, sonst fliegen die Dinge womöglich bei Sturm umher.
• Alle Abfallbehälter sind zu leeren.
• Das Geschirr bitte gereinigt in seinen Platz in den Schränken. Geschirr vom Morgen der Abreise bitte in die Spüle stellen.
• Den Kühlschrank bitte vollständig zu leeren, aber nicht abschalten. Falls Lebensmittel übrig bleiben, die Sie nicht mitnehmen können, bitte einfach zurücklassen. Einwandfreien Lebensmittel (z.B. noch originalverpackt) teilt sich gewöhnlich das Reinigungsteam untereinander auf. Noch gute Lebensmittel sind zu schade, um sie wegzuwerfen.
• Sofern die Klimaanlage bis zur Abreise genutzt wurde, muss sie auf FAN getellt werden, damit sie auslüftet. Das Reinigungspersonal schaltet die Anlage dann aus. Hinweise zur Bedienung der Klimaanlage gibt es hier.
• Die Entlüftung sollte bitte angeschaltet bleiben / sein.
• Alle Fenster sind zu schließen und zu verriegeln.
• Sofern wir mit Ihnen keinen persönlichen Check-Out vor Ort in der Wohnung verabredet haben, legen Sie bitte alle Schlüssel auf den Esstisch und ziehen Sie die Wohnungstür fest hinter sich zu. ACHTUNG: Unbedingt vorher das Auto aus der Tiefgarage herausfahren.
• Sofern während des Aufenthalts etwas beschädigt wurde, teilen Sie uns dies spätestens bis zur Abreise mit.
