[ES] Durante el verano (del 1 de junio al 31 de agosto), nuestro Refugio solo se puede alquilar por periodos de hasta 10 días (alquiler turístico según el Decreto Ley 9/2024 de la Comunidad Valenciana).
Entre el 1 de septiembre y el 31 de mayo, alquilamos el Refugio únicamente por periodos superiores a 10 días (preferiblemente por meses) para uso temporal y no turístico.
Booking
[EN] During the summer (June 1st to August 31st), our Refugio can only be rented for stays of up to 10 days (tourist accommodation in accordance with Decree-Law 9/2024 of the Autonomous Community of Valencia).
From September 1st to May 31st, we only rent out the Refugio for stays of more than 10 days (preferably on a monthly basis) for temporary, non-tourist use.
Reservierungen
[DE] Im Sommer (1. Juni bis 31. August) kann unser Refugio nur für Zeiträume bis zu 10 Tagen gemietet werden (touristische Vermietung gemäß DECRETO LEY 9/2024 der autonomen Gemeinschaft Valencia).
In Zeit vom 1. September bis zum 31. Mai vermieten wir das Refugio nur für Zeiträume mehr als 10 Tage (vorzugsweise monatsweise) für die temporäre, nicht touristische Nutzung.
